Oak Terrace Preserve Public Landscaping – Phase 1 update
The public landscaping of the boulevard leading into the School of the Arts and traffic circles throughout phase one was completed this week. The public landscaping includes native and low mainteance plantings, water efficient irrigation systems and low energy lighting systems. Keeping true to the neighborhood’s name, a large number of new live Oaks were planted along the walking path around Dolphin.
