Oak Terrace Preseve Pocket Park Update
With 17 pocket parks planned for the neighborhood, Oak Terrace Preserve will have open space on most every block. The innovative bioswales will help handle storm-water runoff and create beautiful sidewalk side gardens. The first of these improvements will get started this September.
The Pocket Parks are planned open space where you can toss a frisbee or set down for a picnic under one of the beautiful trees. The spaces will be minimally landscaped to preserve the open feel.
