New Bioswales and Pocket Parks on the Way

The OTP development team is moving forward with additional bioswale and pocket park landscaping. The bioswale landscaping will be installed along approximately 300 ft. of Celtic Dr. from Essex St. to 5204 Celtic Dr. With the help of Remark Studio, LLC, we have tweaked the bioswale design a little to include additional paspalum sod, metal edging, river stone and a more dense planting pattern. The first bioswales, completed last Fall, will be retrofitted with the same improvements as the new ones.

The two pocket parks at lot numbers 46 and 51 will also be landscaped.

The work will start in the next week or so and be completed by early August.
