Oak Terrace Preserve Landscaping at Attaway and Dolphin
On the North side of Oak Terrace Preserve, Attaway and Dolphin meet at a small pond adjacent to Filbin creek. This pond was constructed as part of the neighborhood’s innovative storm water treatment plan. Until recently though, this small pond looked like most other ponds you would find in any neighborhood in Charleston. Now, you’ll find it beautifully landscaped with native plants and trees. These improvements greatly increase the curb appeal and more importantly, they make a difference for native species of animals.
