North Charleston City Council Approves Contract with Cedrus LLC to Manage OTP

The Noisette Co. will no longer be overseeing the project management for OTP.  However, Elias Deeb, formerly of Noisette now heading Cedrus, will continue as Project Manager.  From the March 8, 2010 press release:

Towns at Oak Terrace Preserve builder expands into Single Family Homes

Carriage Hill Associates, builders of the Towns at Oak Terrace Preserve, are now building single family homes.  The builder has posted a revised OTP masterplan which indicates numerous Phase I lots available for building.  Click here for more information.

Alley maintenance

Maintenance of Middle Loop Alley from Celtic Dr. to Essex St. will occur on Monday, December 7th and Tuesday, December 8th.  Please park on the street while maintenance is taking place as the alley will be closed for short periods of time during maintenance.

Townhome update

We are excited about progress with the townhome project at Oak Terrace Preserve. The townhome builder, Carriage Hill Associates, made it through a rigorous selection process and we welcome them to the Oak Terrace Preserve team. Bioswale construction update

Plant material arrived today.  Plumbing and final grading are complete, now the plants are being installed.  All plants are native and are being carefully placed in their appropriate micro-climate (where they’re happiest).
Some of the plants included are Spartina Bakeri, Soft Rush, Blue Flag Iris, Native Canna, Dwarf Palmetto and Hibiscus M. ‘River Blue II’.

Bioswale/pocket park update

After some serious rain delays and the July 4th holiday week Three Oaks Contracting is back at work at OTP.  They are currently working on the new sections of bioswale along Celtic Dr.  Weather permitting, the bioswale and pocket park work should be complete by the end of August.
