OTP subject of Post & Courier article; resident and builder respond

In case you missed it, Oak Terrace Preserve was the topic of a lengthy article in the January 3 issue of the Charleston Post & Courier.  OTP resident, Paul Wilczynski, and OTP builder, David Hill from The Verdi Company, subsequently had letters to editor published in the January 13 edition.
